(City of Marysville release) – Early Wednesday morning, Marysville Mayor Chris Branscum announced that Hyatt Hotel Corporation will be building a hotel along B Street across from Ellis Lake in central Marysville. Hyatt Studios is described as Hyatt’s first upper-midscale stay brand in the Americas.

The Hyatt Studio Hotel will be built on the east side of B Street between 12th and 14th Streets on the property acquired by the City of Marysville more than 20 years ago, According to Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Marysville is the ideal location to develop a Hyatt Studios Hotel due to the city’s rapid growth in recent years, which has led to increased demand in the mid-scale segment.
