(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A former Yuba City School District Counselor who was arrested last year for making racist and homophobic threats against a Marysville High School softball coach – upset over his daughter’s position in a scrimmage – has been arrested again. Todd Tyler has been taken into custody for alleged criminal threats and stalking.

He was arrested Tuesday at his home in Browns Valley after a person reported Tyler “was making threats and continuing to drive by the property” according to the Yuba County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer, who went on to tell The Appeal-Democrat charges now include probation violation.

As of yesterday, Tyler was being held with no bail set.

Last year, Tyler pled no contest to the hate speech charges, served 60 days in jail and is currently in the middle of his two year probation sentence.
