(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – CHP Yuba-Sutter is investigating a fatal solo vehicle collision Saturday in the Yuba County foothills. A 24-year-old Marysville man, whose name has not been released, was traveling west on HWY 20 “sometime” on Saturday, according to the collision report. He apparently lost control just west of Sicard Flats Road, went down the embankment and collided with a tree.

The man’s body was not found until Sunday.

Drugs and alcohol are not suspected factors.
