(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – In Federal Court in Sacramento, 48-year-old Steve Miller of Fairfield pled guilty yesterday to one count of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft for using another person’s social security number to complete a credit application and steal a 2018 Dodge Challenger, from a Yuba City auto dealership. The vehicle had a sticker price of $75,754.

Miller faces a maximum of 30 years and a $1-million fine.
