(Sacramento, CA) — The Sacramento Kings and Bay Area rapper E-40 have come to an agreement after a misunderstanding during a Kings game.

The rapper, whose real name is Earl Stevens, and the Kings released a joint statement yesterday about him being escorted out of Saturday’s playoff game at Golden 1 Center. Both groups agreed that Stevens did not stand excessively from his courtside seat that night. The statement says the team welcomes him back in future games at the venue.
