(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – CHP Yuba-Sutter reports the arrest of 22-year-old Kaylob Rice of Dobbins for DUI / drugs & gross vehicular manslaughter.

Around 7:00 Tuesday evening, Rice was reportedly driving a ’96 Ram 2500 south on Quincy LaPorte Road south of Forbestown, when he collided head-on with a northbound ’95 Chevy Blazer driven by a 59-year-old Clipper Mills man, who died as a result.

The identity of the deceased man has not been released at this time.
