(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County DA’s office has issued a press release reporting a jury has found Michael Allen Pete Huffsmith, Jr. guilty of criminal threats and vandalism. He has prior convictions for robbery and stalking and now faces up to 11 years. Sentencing is next month.

Huffsmith Jr.’s latest guilty verdict is the result of an altercation with neighbors over an easement between Lemon & H Streets in Marysville. The dispute escalated when Huffsmith Jr. kicked down a neighbor’s gate and threatened to kill him, captured on Ring Doorbell Video, the night of August 31, 2022.
