(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sutter County Sheriff’s Department is recognizing Deputy Harrison with the case of the month honor, for his “keen observations” establishing probable cause to pull over a license plate frame partially covering the number.

The driver was on parole and in possession of a knife and meth pipe, both parole violations. Additionally, one passenger gave a false name, and during a consent search of another passenger’s purse, 1.7 ounces of meth packaged for sale was seized.
