(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A hearing is scheduled for 8:30 this morning in Yuba County Court for a judge to consider the lawsuit filed against the county, by 3rd District Supervisor Seth Fuhrer, seeking to prevent the release of an investigation into alleged inappropriate workplace behavior.

Specifically named in Fuhrer’s lawsuit are Yuba County Administrator Kevin Mallen, County Human Resources Director Tiffany Manuel and Gage C. Dungy, a partner with the Liebert Cassidy Whitmore Law Firm, which specializes in labor law, according to The Appeal-Democrat.
