(Placer County, CA) — A meeting about where a convicted sex offender will live is set for Monday. The Placer County District Attorney’s Office say William Stephenson will live in the county and will be listed as a “transient release,” where he will live inside a trailer with supervision from Liberty Healthcare.
Community members can give feedback on Stephenson’s placement into the county during the meeting at the State of California Allenby Building on O Street.
