(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba City Police Department reports a child abuse arrest. 24-year-old Oscar Lecona Mendoza the 1200 block of Northgate Drive has been taken into custody on suspicion of child abuse with gross bodily injury & inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or partner.

Additionally, 34-year-old Daniel Loudermilk of the 1100 block of Melton Drive was arrested for alleged corporal injury to a spouse or partner, and animal cruelty.

And 40-year-old Maryanne Lewis of the 1200 block of Rice Crossing Road in Oregon House is facing charges of theft and battery.
