(Live Oak, CA) – An almost four-week long investigation into a road rage incident in Live Oak has resulted in the arrest of Fred Costilla Jr. of Chico.

Sutter County Sheriff’s deputies initially responded October 21st to the L & R gas station, where the victim claimed Costilla had pointed a gun. During a search of Costilla’s Chico residence, the gun used was located “along with several other firearms” according to a release.
