(San Francisco, CA) — Video of the California attack on former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband is being released today. The 82-year-old isn’t sure yet if she’ll see it.

Paul Pelosi was asleep when police say a man broke into their San Francisco home in October and beat him with a hammer. He’s been making progress but isn’t expected to be back to normal for about three months.

The suspect remains behind bars. A trial date will be set next month.
