(Sacramento, CA) — There’s no let up across California as another round of rain begins today. The back-to-back storms are drenching areas already hit hard by recent atmospheric rivers and bomb cyclones.
Nearly 189-thousand people are waking up without power during a high wind warning. Most are in Santa Clara County where homes and roads in Gilroy are underwater.
Evacuations are happening all over including parts of Santa Barbara County scarred by wildfires.
