(Butte County, CA) — Crews are gaining control over a vegetation fire in Butte County, which led to reduced evacuation orders. Initially prompting evacuations, the Ranch Fire near Concow has burned 10 acres and is 50-percent contained as of Thursday evening.
The evacuation order for Concow Zone 511 has been downgraded to a warning, now allowing residents to return. No injuries or structural damage have been reported.
