(BUTTE COUNTY) – A Butte County man enters Yuba County Superior
Court accused of meeting with a teen for sex.

62-year-old Randy Battaglia was picked up on September 8th, in
Gridley and now gets two years in prison registering as a sex
offender when released.

Battaglia, wearing a blonde wig, pink miniskirt, and crop top, was
caugh after walking with the teenage victim into a bathroom at Eufay
Park in Plumas Lake.
