(Sacramento, CA) – Another name is about to be added to California’s Senate race. In the next two weeks, Congresswoman Barbara Lee will reportedly make it official. If she’s elected, she would make history as the only Black woman in the Senate.
Over the weekend, Congressman Adam Schiff held a rally in Burbank. A day earlier, Congresswoman Katie Porter took her campaign to Los Angeles. The candidates are all fighting for Senator Dianne Feinstein’s seat. The 89-year-old is the oldest member of Congress and expected to retire.
