(Sacramento, CA) — California’s largest rock festival gets underway this weekend, beginning on Thursday. The metal festival “Aftershock” runs Thursday through Sunday at Discovery Park.
Headlining acts include Motley Crue, Slayer, Judas Priest, Pantera, and Iron Maiden.
Organizers say last year’s festival drew 160-thousand attendees from all 50 states and 40 countries. The event generated nearly 40-million-dollars in economic impact for the region.
