(Oroville, CA) – An Oroville man who had been reported missing Tuesday night has been found dead, killed in an apparent solo vehicle rollover on Midway, just north of Nelson Road.

54-year-old Eric Kmiecik had last been seen at around 11:30 Monday night at the Empire club in Durham. CHP investigators estimate he crashed in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
