(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The owners of Hotel Marysville…heavily damaged in a fire this summer, has yet another problem on their hands.

Days after a panel ruling came down that required the owner to demolish the building and pay for the expenses, the City of Marysville now intends to sue the ownership group, Feather River Plaza LLC…all part of the aftermath of a back-and-forth debate between the city and Feather River over whether the building was salvageable after the fire.
