(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Sheriff’s office, in cooperation with the Olivehurst Public Utilities District, are co-hosting a special ceremony dedicating the new Plumas Lake Deputy B. Meilbeck Memorial Park, tomorrow at noon.

The park is located at the corner of Feather River Boulevard & Charlice Creek Drive in Plumas Lake and all community members are invited.

Deputy Meilbeck was killed in the line of duty April 1st, 1997.
