(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Sheriff’s office reports their detectives have arrested 20-year-old Jonathan Rivera-Lopez of Yuba City, for an alleged mail-order drug business he was operating out of his residence.
Rivera-Lopez was on active probation out of Yuba County for prior drug-related offenses at the time of his arrest. A probation search uncovered 100 cannabis THC vape pins, ready to be mailed out of state, under the name “Linda Exotics.”
In addition, YCSO detectives uncovered “enormous amount of marijuana, approximately 180 grams of cocaine, and over 5,000 counterfeit Alprazolam-Xanax Farampram tablets, all marketed for individual sale. Also for sale, was an array of chocolate flavored bars that contain psychedelic mushrooms. Other evidence collected included a loaded firearm, ammunition, and U.S. Currency.”
A YCSO release states “Rivera-Lopez was booked at the Sutter County Jail on numerous charges including possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance while armed, and attempted transport for sale out of state of more than four grams of concentrated cannabis.”
