(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The North State Building Association’s April report for the six county Sacramento Region, show’s that Yuba County’s new home sales continue at a steady pace, with 29 sold. This, on the heels of the State Department of Finance’s recent 2023 housing growth report that Yuba County led the state last year in that category.
Sutter County, severely hampered by federal flood mapping restrictions on new building, had 3 new homes sold last month.
In total, 682 new homes sold in April throughout the Sacramento Region, led by Roseville at 138.
