(Sacramento, CA) – In Federal Court in Sacramento, local business owner Rick Vardell’s firearm & drug trafficking case, for the most part, concluded, with a sentence of no additional time, a $100 special assessment and a $5,000 fine (interest waived) and 360 hours of community service, according to documents posted by Harold Kruger on Facebook at the ‘530 Life’ site.

Kruger notes Vardell’s case “dragged on for five years. The U.S. Attorney in Sacramento didn’t bother to issue a press release about the sentence (but) there was a press release last year when Vardell pled guilty.”
