(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A new and improved version of the Los Verjeles Bridge is on the way for Yuba County drivers.

Construction to replace the current 84-year-old span, with a 2-lane, 17 foot higher version begins in May and is expected to take a year to complete. A Yuba County Facebook post advises you to “prepare an alternate route now.”
