(Colusa, CA) – The Colusa County Fairgrounds will be making some changes to increase ADA access.

Harold Kruger posted to The 530 Facebook page a settlement has been reached, following a lawsuit filed two years ago against the fairgrounds and the 44th California Agricultural District.

The case was defended by the State Attorney General’s office, and the fairgrounds & district have agreed to make numerous changes increasing ADA access.
