(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Sutter Buttes Imaging Center in Yuba City is significantly scaling back operations, no longer offering x-ray, MRI, CAT-scans or ultrasound to the general public. However, they will continue offering women’s health & breast imaging “on-site” according to The Appeal-Democrat, which also reports they will continue to provide imaging services through Adventist Health & Rideout.

The Sutter Buttes Imaging Medical Group was founded in 1946 and the Yuba city center opened in 1960. The Practice Administrator tells the paper “ongoing challenges with insurance reimbursements are the driving factor,” adding that they’ve worked with staff members losing their jobs “to connect them with other means of employment.”
