(Sacramento, CA) — A new report details the economic impact the Golden One Center has on Sacramento and the surrounding region.
The report from the Greater Sacramento Economic Council says the arena, which opened in the fall of 2016, accounts for 665-million-dollars per year in overall impact to the region.
The Golden One Center, which hosts more than 100 events per year, has also led to 42-billion-dollars in visitor spending, two-point-six-million-dollars in city tax revenue, and 22-million-dollars in county, school, local and state taxes. It also accounts for more than two-thousand jobs.
