(NorCal, CA) — PG&E announced they are planning on a daytime planned power outage in three different parts of Northern California.

The planned power outage will be this Saturday and will impact customers in Clipper Mills in Butte County, La Porte in Plumas County and Strawberry Valley in Yuba County while PG&E conducts safety and reliability work. The utility says power will be out for eight hours so crews can replace two power poles, reroute a power line and prune trees near power lines.

The planned outage will begin at 9 a.m. and last until about 5 p.m. PG&E says they have notified the 707 customers to be impacted by the planned outage by letter and will make automated phone calls.
