(Tahoe City, CA) — After an avalanche took a man’s life Wednesday near Lake Tahoe, officials report another slide yesterday at the neighboring ski resort. No one was hurt this time. It happened on the Alpine Meadows side of Palisades Tahoe Thursday afternoon according to the Sacramento Bee. Ski patrol searched the area with dogs and other means but did not find any injured patrons.
The Palisades side of the resort reopened Thursday after the tragedy a day earlier.
