(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Yuba City Police have arrested the suspected shooter in an incident July 22nd outside of the Happy Viking: 41-year-old Lovedeepal Singh Bains.

A patrol lieutenant tells The Appeal-Democrat Bains was arrested early last Thursday afternoon in the 1100 block of Tharp Road. Charges include voluntary manslaughter according to the paper, although they also report no one was killed. However, three people sustained “non-life-threatening injuries” and that two were treated on the scene.
