(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sites Reservoir Project continues to move forward at an increasingly rapid pace, with the final environmental impact report certified & approved, green-lighting final planning stages ahead of actual construction.

However, that schedule could potentially be delayed as three environmental groups, The California Sport Fishing Protection Alliance, Friends of the River and The Sierra Club have come together as a coalition, issuing a statement of their intention to block “the environmentally destructive Sites Reservoir Project and offer sustainable solutions for California’s water future.”
