(Colusa County, CA) – The Colusa County Sheriff’s office reports a missing woman has been found safe and unharmed.

78-year-old Judith Ann Isola was found “alive in a rice field” according to a news release, off Four Mile Road, at around 1:30 last Friday afternoon. That was over 24 hours after her husband and son reported her missing.

She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

The Colusa County Sheriff’s office passed along thanks to all those who assisted in the successful search, including the California Rescue Dog Association ( CARDA), Yuba County Sheriff K9s, Colusa County Search and Rescue, Maxwell Fire Department, Williams Fire department, CHP Air Operations, Williams Soaring Center, Richter Aviation, Colusa Police Department, Colusa City Fire, Office of Emergency Services, Rocco’s, Williams Copter 331, and Maxwell irrigation district.
