(Placer County, CA) — A man is dead and two other people are hurt following a shooting and a crash in Placer County. Authorities say it started Tuesday morning, after a dispute that pitted a woman against a man and another woman. The woman drove off, and was chased by the other two people.

At one point, the man fired a gun, but no one was hit. The chase ended in a crash.

The man driving the car giving chase died. The two women were taken to a hospital.
