(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba City Planning Commission has unanimously approved permits for three businesses in the new Harter Parkway Shopping Center, under construction at Colusa Avenue and Harter Parkway: A Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Dutch Bros Coffee and an ARCO AM/PM.

The vote followed a Yuba City staff report recommending the approval for the new businesses, specifically, their building designs that “meet the city’s standards and will compliment the existing commercial development in the area.”
