(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba City Police Department reports officers responded to a large fight at Buffalo Wild Wings on Harter Parkway at around 9:30 Saturday night. Bar-stools and glass bottles were thrown, and during the fight, “a firearm had fallen onto the ground and was pointed at another individual, causing customers to flee in panic,” according to a YCPD release.

The gun-wielder and others involved in the altercation escaped through the kitchen. As officers arrived a vehicle description and plate number were provided by witnesses and a review of surveillance video resulted in the arrests of one of two people believed responsible for instigating the fight: 23-year-old, Juan Raya for assault with a deadly weapon.

The person with the firearm “is still being identified” according to the release.
