(Placer County, CA) – CHP reports a three vehicle collision Sunday night on HWY 65 outside of Lincoln, resulting in three deaths. That includes a 66-year-old woman and 62-year old man, both from Marysville. Their names have not been released at this time.

CHP says it happened just before 9:00 p.m. when a 53-year-old Rocklin woman, driving the wrong way, collided head-on with two vehicles, including a Kia with the two Marysville residents in it.

The Rocklin woman was also killed and three people in the other vehicle sustained serious injuries, with one of them listed in critical condition, according to CBS 13 in Sacramento.
