(Sutter County DA release) — On Wednesday, July 27th, Vickie Hedden appeared in court for a bail reduction hearing. District Attorney Jennifer R. Dupré represented the prosecution team and the court denied the reduction in bail. Hedden’s bail remains as set at $2,000,000.

Hedden is charged with 2 counts of murder, among other charges, in relation to a double fatal DUI collision that occurred on June 9, 2023. Hedden’s next court date is August 9, 2023 at 1:30 pm.
