(YCPD release) — We are seeking the public’s help in locating missing 17-year-old, Rachel Nielson. Nielson was last seen on 06/30, around 2:30pm, at her residence on Grant Way in Yuba City. Listed below is her description.

-5 feet 5 inches tall.
-145 pounds.
-brown eyes.
-faded blue and black hair.
-brown birthmark on neck.
-clothing, unknown.
-nicknames: Fate and Hazel.

Nielson is believed to be with 19-year-old, Reed Knittle. Knittle does not have a vehicle, does not have a driver’s license, and is on probation. Nielson is believed to be with Knittle based on their online relationship and past history. Listed below is his description.
