(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A release from the Sutter County Sheriff’s office is recognizing the work of Deputy Curtis Taylor over the past six months, seizing just shy of 3 ounces of meth from a single suspect, identified only as ‘D. Ruiz’ during three separate traffic stops.

The first on December 6th of last year was when a 3rd of an ounce was seized, again on March 1st when almost two ounces were seized. And, most recently again on May 23rd, when ¾ of an ounce was seized.

The release says Ruiz “has taken a plea bargain which includes county jail time and probation.”
