(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Several cooling centers are opening up in the KUBA listening area with another excessive heatwave on the way.

In Marysville, at New Beginnings Wesleyan Church and at the Life Center, from 10:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening tomorrow, through Monday. New beginnings is at 113 F Street.

Pets are allowed at both cooling centers.

In Oroville, the Rescue Mission at 4250 Lincoln Boulevard will be open as a cooling center from 10:00 until 7:00.
