(OROVILLE) – Cal Fire investigators arrest a 78-year-old man. Officials
say Amarel Rosales started a brush fire in Oroville.

Rosales faces arson to wild-land, obstructing a peace officer, along with
other charges, has been taken to Butte County Jail, he’s bail is set at $85,000dollars.
