(Nevada County, CA) – The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office reports that with assistance from Yuba County SWAT, they have taken 39-year-old Joe Woodruff into custody at his Oregon House residence in the 13,000 block of Licha Lane.

He is facing multiple charges both in Nevada and Yuba Counties, including battery causing serious injury, sale & transport of meth, failing to register as a sex offender and being a felon in possession of ammunition.
