(Oroville, CA) – The Oroville Police Department reports the arrest of 18-year-old Riley Sewall following a drive-by shooting Sunday afternoon just after 5:00, in the 3800 block of Spencer Avenue in South Oroville.

The victim sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot injury to the arm, spent the night at the hospital, then was released yesterday morning.
