(Sacramento, CA) — All 41 Bed Bath and Beyond locations in California are closing by June 30th. The company will begin closing all 360 of its stores nationwide after filing for bankruptcy on Sunday. The company is also shuttering its 120 Buy Buy Baby locations.

The New Jersey-based retailer, founded in 1971, has been struggling financially for several years. Bed Bath and Beyond has stores in Sacramento, Roseville and Modesto.
