(Roseville, CA) — The man suspected of shooting into the air and at buildings in Citrus Heights and Roseville last week is officially charged with six felonies. Those charges include attempted murder and shooting from a motor vehicle. The man appeared in court in Placer County on Monday. He faces about 30 years in prison if convicted as charged.

The series of shootings happened last Wednesday night. Five people were shot at, but no one was hurt.

On Thursday, the man allegedly made credible threats that prompted the evacuation of the state capitol building. But, at this time, he’s not facing charges in connection with that incident.
