(NorCal, CA) – The 5-year-old girl reported kidnapped from North Carolina by former Willows resident Doug Memmott has been found safe in a Williams motel room. The 83-year-old Memmott had allegedly kidnapped the girl from his ex-wife, who is her grandmother.

He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and has an active warrant out of Lincoln County, North Carolina.
