(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – CHP Yuba-Sutter is advising of an extended South Sutter County road closure today, however, it is not weather related.

Nicolaus Avenue will be closed from El Centro Boulevard to Pacific Avenue from 9:30 this morning until 1:30 this afternoon, for an ‘Every 15 Minutes” event at East Nicolaus High School. Area residents are also urged not to “be alarmed at the large presence of emergency vehicles, including, a helicopter, or the radio traffic you may hear as this is a mock crash scene.”
