(Sacramento, CA) — Most of California is looking like a winter wonderland. A rare sight of low-elevation snow began yesterday and will continue today.
That means an added danger for drivers.
In the northern part of the state, Highway 29 is closed and there were long delays on Interstate 80 and Highway 50 because of whiteout conditions and cars spinning out. Down south, a blizzard warning is in effect until tomorrow for Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
