Butte County deputies arrest 65-year-old, Carl Young of
Oroville for willful discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent
manner.

Dispatch got several 911 calls about shots being fired in the 3000 block
of Oroville Bangor Highway. When officers arrive several witnesses
told them bullets were hitting their homes and vehicles.

They say it was a shotgun at the party. State and local officials are
handling the investigation.
